Let us introduce ourselves:

We have recently purchased “Malcolm’s Motorhomes” – a long established RollerTeam and Auto-Trial Tribute motorhome dealership in Crewe, Cheshire.

Although we are “Cheshire Motorhomes”, we are trading as Malcolm’s Motorhomes – for good reason – Malcolm Moore has established a well respected motorhome dealership business based on great customer service and follow through – and we have every intention of continuing in his footsteps and keeping that tradition!

Malcolm Moore started this business after an accident meant he took early retirement from the Fire Service in 1994. He began by lending out his motorhome to friends for weekends and that was the spark that inspired Malcolm’s Motorhomes.

He started renting motorhomes, and was the only motorhome hire business within 30 miles. His little business quickly grew. He then realised that there was a business in becoming a dealer – he was one of the first Auto-Trial dealers in the UK. A little time later he also added Roller Team to his dealership.

His philosophy and approach to the business was simple – he loves motorhomes, gives his customers a great deal on quality vehicles, and provides wonderful customer service. Many of his customers keep in touch over the years, and this, together with his obvious passion for motor homing is what we immediately saw when we met him – and, what we wanted to continue.

We are working closely with Malcolm – he is planning to retire, but is still very much part of the business working with us on a detailed handover.

Malcolm’s Motorhomes has great links with Auto-Trail and Trigano and we are really proud to be main dealers for both Auto-Trail Tribute and Roller Team motorhomes.

Our first week in charge saw us travel to the NEC in Birmingham for the 2017 Motorhome & Caravan show – that was a fantastic way of really getting to know the motorhomes inside out and meet so many lovely people – exhausting, but a great start!

Malcolm and ourselves concentrate our efforts on offering customers unparalleled assistance and guidance towards the motorhome of their choice. We believe, that along with the exceptional back-up, we provide our customers with excellent after-sales service.

We have a small but friendly dealership on Gresty Road in Crewe, just off the M6 and A500. We have a great technician, Steve, who is very experienced and will take time with customers explaining feature of the motorhomes on handovers and with any queries.

We are one of the few dealerships who welcome parts enquiries – and again, believe that good customer service and support in identifying and sourcing the right parts is just what our customers need.
